Returns + Exchange Policy


Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that we operate on an exchange or store credit basis only. We do not offer refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us, so if you need to exchange an item or receive store credit, please follow the instructions below

The items must have all their labels attached and be in perfect condition upon their return, including our JAYDE returns card which needs to be filled out accordingly with name, order no. details of exchange and in its original packaging if possible. We will contact you if there is any additional payment to be made or hold credit if needed.

You have 10 working days from the date of delivery to return your purchase from JAYDE-Store.

Please note that store credit expires after 1 year from the date of the return received and is non-transferable and non-extendable. We kindly ask you to utilize your store credit within this timeframe to ensure you get the most out of your shopping experience with us.

Returns & exchanges can take up to 14 working days to be remade at the factory and sent back to the customer this is due to stock levels at the time of return.
