EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

ALL ORDERS ARE EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY. 

You have 10 working days from the delivery date to return your purchase from JAYDE-Store for exchange or credit only **credit will last for a year from the date your return is received**.  

The items must have all their labels attached and be in perfect condition upon their return, including our JAYDE returns card which needs to be filled out accordingly with name, order no. details of exchange and in its original packaging if possible. We will contact you if there is any additional payment to be made or hold credit if needed.

Returns / exchanges can take up to 14 working days to be remade at the factory and sent back to the customer this is due to stock levels at the time of return.
